About Me
My name is Willow and I am a new doula. I became passionate about birth after having my daughter. I am a type one diabetic so my pregnancy was high risk. I had to be induced when my body was not ready to give birth. I had a tough labor that ended in a emergency cesarean. My birth experience has made me want to get certified as a doula and help improve birth outcomes for other women.
My Passion
As a doula, I provide personalized support, emotional guidance and comfort measures to expecting mothers and families throughout pregnancy and childbirth. My goal is to help you achieve the birthing experience you desire, through a variety of tools and techniques that are tailored to your needs. I am passionate about helping women who are considered to have a high-risk pregnancy. I can advocate for you and provide education on your specific needs. Having a high-risk pregnancy does not necessarily mean you can't have the birth you deserve. I can help you achieve a better birth experience.
Services
Birth Doula Services
As your birth doula, I will provide continuous support during your labor and birth. This includes emotional support, physical comfort measures, and advocacy to ensure that your wishes and needs are respected. I am also available to provide education and guidance throughout your pregnancy.
Postpartum Doula Services
As your postpartum doula, I will provide support during the first few weeks after your baby is born. This includes emotional support, assistance with breastfeeding and newborn care, and help with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
Lactation Counselor
As a certified lactation counselor, I am here to provide support and guidance for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Whether you are experiencing challenges with breastfeeding or simply want to ensure that you and your baby are on the right track, I am here to help.
